【明治学院大学・横浜キャンパス】戸塚まつり2026は地元の人が多くていい感じ。

I visited Meiji Gakuin University's Yokohama campus. My visit was on Saturday, May 23rd, 2026. The "Totsuka Festival 2026" was being held that day, and it seemed that many people from the local community, in addition to students, were there. I took the JR train from Yokohama Station to Totsuka Station, and then the Enoden bus to the campus. The bus ride was only about 10 minutes, so it wasn't as difficult as I expected. Since the campus is in the suburbs, there was a lot of greenery, and the air was clean. What surprised me was the abundance of food options – delicious cafeteria food, freshly baked bread from Clara's, loco moco at the International Lounge cafe, etc. – something you wouldn't expect on a university campus. Also, there were lounges everywhere on campus, making it seem like a university where students can enjoy a fun campus life with lively conversations with friends.
