OLLA DE SAN ANTON, RECETA TIPICA DE #GRANADA, guisos populares

The San Antón stew is one of Granada's traditional recipes, traditionally eaten in January to coincide with the saint's feast day. Subscribe to my channel for free: https://goo.gl/ZcHrPY The typical Granadan San Antón stew is a hearty and energizing dish. It incorporates pork products such as blood sausage, pig's trotters, bacon, and pork spine, as well as local ingredients like dried broad beans, which are characteristic of the typical Granadan stew, along with white beans, chickpeas, and rice. It's an ideal stew for winter. The traditional Granadan San Antón stew is served on January 17th, although it's enjoyed in homes and restaurants from January 15th to 22nd inclusive. It's called a "pot" because in the past, families would eat it by dipping their spoons into the pot as a utensil. Over time, this custom was lost, and everyone began eating their portion on an individual plate. ► The INGREDIENTS I used for the San Antón stew: 500 g dried broad beans 500 g white beans 250 g chickpeas 30 g rice (per person) Oxtail, snout, ribs, spine (pork, 500 g each) 2 pig's trotters, cut into quarters 1 pork bone 1 blood sausage 200 g fresh bacon 200 g Iberian bacon Water Salt Served with a side of pickled vegetables. We paired it with a side of pickled vegetables. ►Read the full recipe with more tips on the blog https://bit.ly/3jUycKZ ►Recommended recipes: Snails with chorizo and Serrano ham recipe    • Cómo hacer Caracoles en Salsa  🐌 [Recetas ...   Castrill Stew recipe    • COCIDO DE  LA #OLLA DE CASTRIL DELICIOSA [...   ► INSTAGRAM: https://goo.gl/FEkODh ► You can follow my recipes on: Facebook: https://goo.gl/fs5QXw Twitter: https://goo.gl/sPVrpR Pinterest: https://goo.gl/nh4Mh4 Google Plus: https://goo.gl/DrenZe ► Recommended utensils: Traditional pot/casserole dish for the San Antón Stew https://amzn.to/2VJaK7I #ollasananton #ollagranadina Typical dish from Granada Granada food Traditional Granada recipe Recording, editing, publishing, optimization, and social media distribution: German Prados.
