If you are looking to replace speakers, fix window issues, or just wanting to give your car's interior a fresh look you can see how to remove the front door panel. Tools: -Phillips screwdriver -Extension for the phillips for a screw hidden deep -Upholstery stripper Steps: -Remove all screws (not forgetting about one hidden deep) -With upholstery stripper go around the panel making some space. -Grab the panel with your hand and start pulling firmly until it detaches everywhere. -It may be easier to pull the panel up with the window fully opened. -Pull the panel up until it goes off the door -If you have opened the window then you can close the window now. -There are 2 electric sockets to disconnect (big 32 pin blue and a small one) and the door handle line (use a screwdriver to get it off easier) For me the driver side panel went out without any problems but on the passenger side a few of the door upholstery clip sockets broken, after all it is 15 yo car. The good news is that it is very easy to glue these back with hot glue and it holds better than factory. It is pretty common that either door upholstery clip sockets can break or the clips can get damaged so it is not a bad idea to have a couple of spare ones when removing door panels.
