Figment &: saoirse dream Discography (w/ sunder) [S2 E10]
**ur ranking starts at 1:39 So about 15 months ago, I went to a saoirse dream concert. This was the very first concert I chose to go to on my own merit, and with Glitch Gum involved and the tickets being only $14, it was lowkey a steal. I carried over my vinyl to get it signed, bought a poster and two stickers that'll forever be on my old laptop. I met some awesome people, including Rob for the first time shoutout Rob, and the music just fucking banged.. even if I didn't remember most of the words going into the concert. I had some crazy reactions though- My first impression to saoirse dream was sellout thanks to soupandreas being one of my favorite artists to have released on Monstercat, and star would be one of my favorite albums of that year, showcasing a striking blend of punk rock and EDM that would immediately become my favorite style of music for a pretty long period of time. Her self-titled album which would come out a month before I went to this concert would end up sounding more complete and more of a beloved release from me. The quickest way I could describe this album is if wallsocket by underscores was written by a Deltarune fan, which isn't a diss in the slightest since I enjoy pieces of music inspired by video game soundtracks. I know I say this for about damn near every artist in this series, but this'll definitely be the most diverse discography you'll ever hear out of an artist this series. sunder and I included her Bandcamp releases which contains an entire hyperflip album under the name "DJSUSIEDELTARUNE," and her oldest project "let the sky in," which is some relaxing indie rock very different to what she normally puts out now. I haven't even begun to mention all the collabs she's done with other artists which in some cases will produce a very unfamiliar style in-comparison to her music. every single spot for seasons 2 and 1.5 have been filled up already so no need for more participants. enjoy the series! :] join the discord to hear about future collaboration opportunities through filler episodes or new season announcements!: / discord
