Nueve productos italianos de súper que vale la pena probar | EL COMIDISTA
After traveling—so to speak—through China and Morocco, we continue the series Lost in the Supermarket by visiting an Italian food store. “Italian?” I can see you saying. “But Italian cuisine is very similar to Spanish cuisine, and we know it almost as well as our own!” Well, no, however much salami and spaghetti you may have eaten, if you watch the video above you’ll realize that you have many Italian delicacies to discover. Our guide on this adventure is Anna Mayer, author of Panepanna, who already helped us with the guide to the best pizzerias in Madrid. We visited the Mangitalia store with her, in Madrid, and there she told us about tomato sauces, cheeses little known in Spain, cookies, salted capers, polenta, and even stock cubes (but not the usual kind, mushroom stock cubes).
