How To Update the Firmware on Your Sigma Lens

we have 2 Sigma Lenses that we actually bought used. The first one is the Sigma 150-600mm Contemporary lens and the Sigma 20mm f/1.4 Art lens. I have no idea when or if they have ever had their firmware updated. So we are going to try and see if there are any updates and how we go about doing it. Now realize that you will of course need a computer and the Sigma lens dock so that you can connect your lens to your computer.
