This Crockpot Taco Lasagna Is Out of Control

Layers of seasoned beef, cheese, and tortillas come together in this easy crockpot taco lasagna. It’s hearty, cheesy, and one of those dinners everyone will ask for again. Part of Ultimate Crockpot Dinner Week! RECIPE: small can red enchilada sauce, half on bottom of crockpot, large flour tortilla on top, mix 8 oz cream cheese with 1 can refried beans, mix and put layer on tortilla, 2lbs ground beef cooked with 1 C salsa and 1 packet taco seasoning, next layer on beans, shredded cheese, green onions, rest of enchilada sauce, use another can as well if you like, another layer, top with cheese and green onions, cook low 2-3 hours, top with sour cream, avocado, pico and/or black olives
