Endangered Sirmauri Litrature and Language | दुर्लभ सिरमौरी पोथी और भाषा का भविष्य खतरे में क्यों है

According to the information given in the parliament by the central government, seven languages spoken in higher hills of Himachal Pradesh are on the verge of extinction. Sirmauri is one of these languages, has a script which was very popular at one time. The central government has recently accorded tribal status to the Hatti tribe who speak this language in Giripar region of Himachal Pradesh. Will this help to preserve the manuscript of this language? We try to find out in this ground report.
