According to ancient and authentic nomadic customs, this day is accompanied by special rituals and a special forty-day bath must be performed. In this video, you, dear companions, will be introduced to the steps of this beautiful tradition that is performed for both Sorena and Shokofe. After completing this religious and traditional part, we immediately began the daily chores and construction projects of the house. Afshin has made a serious decision to move the large water tanker to a new location that he has recently prepared for it. But since the tanker was full of water and not a single drop of this divine blessing should be wasted, careful planning was carried out. Shokofeh Austin took the initiative and first irrigated the thirsty and beautiful garden of our rural house with the water from the tanker. Next, she took advantage of this opportunity to thoroughly wash the toilet and clean various parts. Then it was time to make the house cleaner; Shokofeh sprayed the entire yard with water to return the scent of earth and coolness to the air. She also washed Sorena's forty-day-old clothes by hand in the final part of the water consumption so that the tanker was completely emptied. After the tanker was completely emptied, Afshin and Shokofeh worked together to carefully wash and clean the inside and outside of the tanker.
