Tamiya TT-02 #1 Essential Upgrade - Oil Shocks - Includes Running Comparison & Demonstration

In this video we look at the number 1 essential upgrade or hop-up for the Tamiya TT-02 chassis - in my honest opinion. The standard kit comes with "friction" shocks, that are little more than springs on plastic carriers. With these fitted, the car bounces over every bump, ripple or small object on the road, reducing traction and stability. The TT02 is such a fantastic and capable chassis that it deserves so much better. Changing over to CVA oil filled shock absorbers will transform the handling and driving characteristics of your Tamiya! I was sent a set of Fastrax alloy shocks for review by EuroRC.
