The six largest bells of the main church in Rho (Milan, Italy) play a concert for the first Mass on the Solemnity of the Epiphany of the Lord. The nine beautiful bells were cast in two stages: the six original bells that ring in this video were cast in Milan by Felice Bizzozero's foundry in 1850, while the three smaller bells were added by Roberto Mazzola 1962 when the bell tower was restored. The bell concert is tuned to the diatonic scale of C major. The Church of San Vittore was built in the 10th century on the site of an old building from the year 600. The entrance to the former main church was located on the opposite side, in front of a huge cemetery. The parish of St Victor was granted the title of main church in 1398 and was restored for the first time in 1596. In the 19th century, the church was so small that its leader decided to tear it down and rebuild it from scratch, changing the orientation of the façade. The new parish church was built in the Neoclassical style starting on 14 September 1834; the first design included twin 34-metre bell towers. Six new bells were placed on the right bell tower in 1850, while the church was not consecrated until 7 November 1880. In 1889, the left bell tower was demolished and the right tower was reinforced and raised to its current height of 58 metres. In the early 20th century, the church was enriched with numerous paintings by David Beghè, author of many churches in Milan.
