Big Cypress National Preserve Loop Road Scenic Drive

We drove slowly along the dirt road keeping our eyes peeled for wildlife. We saw many many alligators of various sizes, including small baby alligators. Besides all the gators we found fish, birds, and turtles....but mainly alligators. Some of the animals were to far away to capture on camera, and few we could just barely get. This was definitely worth taking the long way down a side road and I recommend it if you're in the area. We were on our way to the Everglades so this was a good start to our trip.
