How Many Cantrips Should I Cube?

At a viewer request, we are going to talk about cantrips and dip our toes into Xerox Theory. Running more cantrips can help our blue decks smooth their draws and mulligan less. Xerox theory shows us how to do this. Then we will take a look at roughly 25 cantrips and some other options we can even play at 3 mana.
