This clip features only the initial introductory stage of training whereby the core subject control tactics are introduced. This 20 minute clip filmed in 2010 is essentially instructional segments from a half days training. What isn't shown are the isolation and integration phases of the ISR Matrix training methodology coupled with progressive alive resistance.
