Who am I as a Kickboxing Champ? A documentary regarding my last fight 🚨 Special BTS for all my supporters! People usually only see the performance on fight night but physically the fight starts with the trainingcamp itself. Mentally I’m always ready but how do I get my body ready for war? I want to give you all some insight how I reached this level of kickboxing, how I prepared myself for the fight, some of the challenges I faced going into fightcamp, how I prepare myself in the locker room on fightnight, my mindset and some thinkpieces on the fight itself.
