🦍 Here's a look at the gorilla family at Kyoto City Zoo! I've already shared two videos from this day: one showing Santaro standing upright in the outdoor yard, and another showing him enjoying his freedom after returning indoors. But it turns out I captured an even more incredible and rare moment that day...! For the first time ever since I started filming the gorillas in January 2020, I witnessed Momotaro drumming in the outdoor yard. Over the years, I've seen Gentaro, Kintaro, and Genki do it, but I don't recall ever seeing Momotaro drum outside before. Why he decided to do it at that exact moment remains a mystery, but one thing is certain—it was absolutely adorable! This is truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment and a video I'll treasure forever.
