Exploring Greece Ep. 3 - Road to THE SINKING VILLAGE

In this episode of the series, we are exploring Greece up in the 'Pindos Mountains' range. Final destination is the village of Ropoto, which is known as 'Sinking Village,' or even 'Ghost Town.' Besides that, we will see the village of Stournareika, in Trikala, Greece, which is a beautiful village up in the mountains, and is highly recommended if you're seeking close accommodation to Ropoto, since it's a 30 minute drive from there. On the way to Repoto, it's worth making a stop at the 'Stonebridge of Paleokaria,' which is a really popular attraction, and one of the most photogenic places in Greece. Last, we make it to Ropoto, which is a village that is sinking due to landslides that have been taking place for many years, with the biggest of them all taking place on April 12, 2012.
