I've decided to de-graft some of the astros in my collection for the reasons I've mentioned in the video. This is an amazing opportunity for us to hone our skills if we want to learn how to propagate cacti. I hope this simple technique helps you out and also inspire you to give it a try with your choice plants. Bear in mind that highly variegated scions have lower chances of growing their own roots so it's highly advisable to de-graft green plants or those which are more green than variegated.
