How To Harvest Spruce Roots For Bindings or Cordage. Today I head out to harvest some spruce roots for a project I’ll be making in the near future. Join me going through the process when harvesting and preparing the roots for use or storage. After collecting them I show you how I strip the bark off them using a split stick.
