The for was built in 14 century by the VADDE RAJULU the contemporary time of ALIYA RAMARAJULU nephew of SRI KRISHNA DEYARAYALU.Its very vast dynasty we can found n number of wonders in the fort.We can see here inscription which was written in shaka year (1472) MAGHA SHUDDA SOMAVARAM (B.C 1550) by KOILAKINDA HAASHEEM for the honouring IBRAHIM KUTHUB SHA the king of GOLKONDA dynasty .This inscription is totla 13 line. There are seven GIRI DURGAS are there in the telangana state and this fort is one among all greatest too. The complete fort with the 7 doors and 7 wall around the dynasty and we can see here 14 ponds and many small lakes and warehouses for the grains. We found many things here which belongs to kings whoever rule this fort. In this fort we can see many Hindu temples like RAMA and ANJANEYA .
