JTBC has obtained footage showing the GTX construction site at Samseong Station, which has emerged as a key issue in the Seoul mayoral election. The footage was filmed last September. Concrete was poured even though only a single rebar was embedded where two should have been bundled together. The Democratic Party criticized Candidate Oh Se-hoon for his "lack of safety awareness," questioning whether he was truly unaware of the missing rebar.
