Comissão Especial: fim da escala 6x1 segue em tramitação no Congresso Nacional

The Minister of Labor and Employment, Luiz Marinho, in an interview with Datena on Alô Alô Brasil this Tuesday (26), spoke about the process for voting on the PEC to end the 6x1 shift in the Special Committee of the Chamber of Deputies. After a request for review by the opposition party, the minister believes that by Thursday evening (28) all points will be defined in the House and the agenda will proceed to the Federal Senate. Following an agreement between the federal government and parliamentarians, the PEC should be voted on for a transition within 60 days - after promulgation - to the 5x2 shift, with 42 hours of work. The transition from 42 hours to 40 hours per week should occur 12 months after this period.
