KOMPAS.TV – The Attorney General's Office (AGO) Deputy Attorney General for Supervision (Jamwas), Rudi Margono, revealed the reason for issuing a new investigation warrant (Sprindik) regarding alleged money laundering (TPPU) involving the former Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes (Jampidsus), Febrie Adriansyah. According to Rudi Margono, the Sprindik was issued on Monday, July 20, as the basis for Febrie Adriansyah's scheduled witness examination on Wednesday, July 22. However, Febrie did not comply with the summons. Rudi explained that the new Sprindik was issued so that all evidence seized by the National Police could be used as evidence in the investigation into the alleged TPPU. The Attorney General's Office has rescheduled Febrie Adriansyah's examination. If Febrie fails to appear again, the AGO stated that it will take steps to forcibly detain him in accordance with applicable regulations.
