SawZilla 56mm Stihl 066 Magnum Bicycle Build! Part 6: Cutting The Jug & Crankshaft Explained

So I made a custom build Crank shaft for this build. I made my own Crank shaft pin used a Husqvarna rod and a YD100 Crank halves. It will produce a stroke effect that most try to get but now be ghetto. This build will have a piston and crank bearing at rod connections. It should be pretty dead on for timing. Ended up with a .73/74 squish gap which was my goal! Cutting the jug I did the old trick of making a wooden leg for the jug to mount to and then spun it down on the lathe to the correct height. Takes all the crazy guess work out of cutting the jug. Comes out perfect!
