In winter, the giant croaker, one of the largest fish in Japan, migrates to the surf of Miyazaki Prefecture. This is the second part of a project to catch this giant croaker using surf fishing and bait fishing! In the first part, we started catching small croakers, which are bait for the giant croaker, but the bite stopped at low tide, so we took a short break. I overslept a little and hastily cast my line, but it was so cold that I retreated to the car. A few minutes later, I got out of the car and headed to the fishing spot to see an incredible sight. There was too much information to process, but I retrieved my rods one by one. Then, just when I thought one of the rods was snagged, a fish started to move! This is definitely a giant fish!
