Bluefin Tuna Fishing! Australian Style (catch, clean and cook)!

Wow! What a day out fishing this was. This was my first time bluefin tuna fishing and what a memorable one, not just because I was very very sea sick! I was able to bag my first ever bluefin. I was kindly invited out by Bailey to join him on his boat to go and hunt the monsters of the sea. Although, in bluefin tuna terms, the ones we caught were small these fish are incredible to fight and I feel very lucky to be able to tick this off my species list!
