Starting this year, we've been growing dent corn for cattle feed in four new fields. It's been about four months since we planted the seeds, and despite the summer drought and damage caused by bears, we're now ready to harvest. We hired a specialist to harvest the new fields. The dent corn was shredded, compressed into rolls, packaged, wrapped in plastic, and sealed - a speedy process using two machines.
