Bhandaar style Pumpkin sabzi without garlic and onion | FoodzLife In this video, we show you how to make authentic Bhandaar style Pumpkin sabzi without garlic and onion. This recipe can also be made with zero oil variant and has the special flavour of Kashmiri red chilli, jaggery and kasuri methi. 👍 If you like the video, please like and share! 🔔 Subscribe to our channel Ingredients: 1 kg small size pumpkin 2-3 tbsp mustard oil 1 tsp fenugreek seeds ½ tsp cumin seeds 2 dried red chillies 1 bay leaf 2-3 green chillies (finely chopped) 1 inch ginger (grated) 1 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp turmeric 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder Salt and black salt to taste 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala 25 gm jaggery (or sugar) 1 tsp dry mango powder 1 tsp kasuri methi ¼ tsp garam masala Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish) Recipe Steps: Prepare the pumpkin: Wash and peel the pumpkin (if the skin is thick). Cut into thin pieces. Prepare the Tadka: Heat mustard oil in a pan, add fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies and bay leaves and fry. Add spices: Add ginger, green chilies, coriander powder, turmeric, Kashmiri chili, salt and Kitchen King masala. Add some water and fry. Cook pumpkin: Add pumpkin pieces and mix. Add jaggery and kasuri methi. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Final touch: Add dried mango powder and garam masala.
