Mustang BMR Tubular K-Member with Standard Motor Mounts 2005-2014 Installation
Bill shows you how to install a BMR Tubular K-Member with Standard Motor Mounts on your 2005-2014 GT or 2007-2014 Shelby GT500 Mustang. Purchase Product Here: https://www.cjponyparts.com/bmr-tubul... BMR’s Tubular K-Member is a lightweight upgrade for 2011-2014 Mustangs with electric rack-and-pinion steering, compatible with both OE and BMR Tubular A-arms. Weighing just 27 lbs. compared to the 45-lb. factory K-member, it improves clearance for headers and turbo systems while reducing front-end weight by 18 lbs. Features include an integrated motor mount design, a 3-bolt steering mount, and durable black hammertone or red powder-coated finishes. Installation takes about three hours, and while the high-durometer polyurethane bushings reduce flex, they may increase noise and vibration. All necessary mounting hardware is included.
