Simple Syrup Pour that in the blender Crack an ice cube into the blender Add 5 slices of frozen peach Pour 2 oz. or 60 ml. to the bottom of your glass Top off with blender mix Lavenderade: .5 oz. or 15 ml. Simple Syrup .25 oz. or 7 ml. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram 2 oz. or 60 ml. Gin (Monkey 47) 1 Blackberry A few pinches of dried lavender Add ice and shake Double strain into glass Lavenderade Fizz: .5 oz. or 15 ml. Simple Syrup .25 oz. or 7 ml.
