40 Minute Tabata Strength
Welcome! Recording from my Zoom class held Tuesdays at 8:00am central. This workout alternates between two exercises with variations for 2 rounds each. We'll complete the first exercise's two variations for 20s work/10s rest, then move to the second exercise and it's two variations, then repeat for a second set. Standing options available for floor exercises, and modifications are available to make this workout work for you and your needs!
