Hello everyone! 📣 Word is coming in from all directions that September is already here. To kick off the new semester, I've prepared a practice for you. 30 minutes of well-tailored practice. No crazy poses (well, maybe except for the three-legged Vinyasa, which you can always skip/modify). Will there be a place for yoga in the new semester? I hope so! Because we're kinder and more understanding to our bosses/parents/family members/friends, etc., after a little yoga, aren't we? Good luck! Ania
