WHY YOU NEED TO STOP BUYING ANTI NEWTON RING GLASS!

[ ANR GLASS ] Anti Newton Ring Glass Is A SCAM! For years and years photographers who scan their own film have been duped by sketchy businessmen into paying 100X more for "ANTI NEWTON RING GLASS" than they should! In this video I'll show you where to buy the same exact glass for insanely cheap, and you can get custom sizes! There is no glass that is specifically made to be "anti newton ring" even at the high end lab optics level, it is all the same stuff. Any company claiming they make special anti newton ring glass is just using that term for marketing. When scanning black and white i get ZERO newton rings ever but when scanning color film using this method (directly on the scanner glass bed) it is hit or miss. I will occasionally get small spots of newton rings, if i notice them I will just remount the film, maybe dust off my glass and it usually goes away, the only way to fully remove it though is to life the color film off the scanner bed slightly.
