Hi 😊 Today I'm sharing a pork stew recipe. I used pork shoulder, which is more economical, but you can also use beef or chicken. It's made with a simple sauté and a frozen mixed vegetable mix from Mercadona, which includes peas, green beans, carrots, artichokes, and cauliflower. The result is quite delicious and very economical, perfect served with fries, mashed potatoes, or white rice.
