FDNY - Hell's Kitchen responding - *new* Tower Ladder 21 & Engine 34

Tower Ladder 21 and Engine 34 are being toned out to different calls (engine tones at 0:37). TL 21 has been recently put into service and the front grille with the american flag was installed only a couple hours before the video.
