A Stitching Pony is used to hold the pieces of leather that you have to hand stitch, and does it in a way that does not leave marks or impressions from the clamping of the jaws. It also makes it easier to do the stitching. I started working with leather this last couple months and decided to make a stitching pony instead of buying one.
