The Forever Winter - Velko's Transmission Room Quest

Scav Girl LVL20 Once completed the last bar upgrade, Velko (the patron with the anime icon) will offer the blueprints to build a Transmission Room, if the player can complete an assignment: placing 9 Frequency Taps in Elephant Mausoleum, Frozen Swamps, Babel (three taps per map), under the maps Radar Crawlers. The quest hasn't to be completed in one run: Velko keeps count of the taps placed - even if you manage to place less than the three required (e.g. I die after placing one tap, so Velko tells me that I still have to place 2 taps on that map). I had an old reserve of taps so I didn't need to search for new ones: according to the wiki, the best chance to find them is with Military Crates in the C and D sectors (tunnels and surface maps). Note: during my permanence in Frozen Swamp there are a few minutes when I'm searching for a Radar Walker and going in every possible wrong direction... if you don't want to follow me in this crazy wandering you can skip from 14:35 to 22:04 (I put a reminder in the video too). I wanted to provide a sort of reference in finding the Radar Walkers, but I admit that in Frozen Swamp is pretty difficult since any point of interest is drowned in a thousand of black shapes (mostly trees) and the scenery is never clear enough to analyse your surroundings (and there's fog too).
