Exploring Phoenix United Mine. A massive deep abandoned Tin/Copper mine in Cornwall
Phoenix United was a massive mine up on the outskirts of Bodmin moor that first started being worked in 1836 initially for copper and then later tin. In the 1870s, the mine employed 600 people carving out large caverns, some of which are still acessable today, although it is a big explore involving several different drops.
