Making A Collet Chuck For the lathe
G'day everyone. I was in need of a low run out collet chuck for the Sherline lathe. I will be making the chuck for ER11 collets, as they are the same collets that I use in my milling machine spindle. However this collet can be upscaled for larger morse tapers and larger collet sizes very easily. Timestamps 0:00 - Introduction 1:38 - Collet Chucks Info 3:18 - Machining 8:07 - Testing The Chuck
