To eliminate bureaucratic delays, citizens whose local or district-level complaints remained unresolved can register online using their old grievance reference and mobile numbers for OTP verification. Notably, the Bankipur assembly constituency has been temporarily excluded from the camp due to the ongoing by-election and the Model Code of Conduct enforced by the Election Commission.
