DIARY 27 – Silentium WIP – The Final Video

Hi guys! Here I am with what I think will be the last WIP video. Today I’m finishing the sampling phase for Silentium. Almost 10 months of sampling, scripting, creating the graphics, and testing. But we’re finally there. The library is practically finished: just some final touches, and then I’ll start programming the presets which will inevitably be a lot, considering the sonic possibilities of the library, ranging from Folk to Ambient, Horror, and Dark textures. In this video, besides showing the final graphics of the Designer instrument, I’m testing the new Tagelharpa sampled by Davide Cappiello, together with one of his Lyras, which I also sampled. I’m playing them alongside my Bass Tagelharpa, which I sampled as well, plus various percussions, a few voices, and some tribal horn calls. Everything, as always, is performed in real time, to show how inspiring this library can be — and, as I’ll never get tired of saying, AI Tools cannot compete with the beauty of playing and letting music come to life under your fingers.
