15 Dollar Store Sewing Hacks for $40

This week's video finds me at the Dollar Store searching for Dollar Tree Sewing Hacks that can be used in a beginner and advanced sewists sewing room. It doesn't take much to find some great sewing hacks to replace expensive sewing notions and sewing tools. This helps to make sewing affordable for beginner and advanced sewists/sewers. If you haven't watched my other sewing hack videos, I have many ideas in my daily sewing practices and in my sewing classroom to share with my viewers. These youtube tutorials will help all different levels of sewists to hack dollar store items into usable sewing tools. I started the channel in October 2020 as a way to help my remote learning students with sewing from home. I made sure they all got a machine (their own or a loaner from the school) and a package of materials and supplies. It was a big undertaking but worth it. The students sewed at their own pace and did written curriculum on set days. We are now into the second semester of at-home learning for some students. This semester it is a senior class of grade 11 and grade 12 students. When I realized that there were Youtube watchers that wanted to watch my content, I branched out and started making other videos to share some of my knowledge.
