Full Acro Yoga Beginner Class 3/10

F2S + TRANSITION F2S - BIRD + F2S - THRONE - WHALE + LEG VARIATIONS + FOLDED LEAF RELAXATION Starting with a full-body warm-up, activation of the core, legs, arms, and wrists to prepare the body for new challenges. In this video, we introduce the foot-to-shin pose. Foot placement and leg activation play an important role here, once you feel you absolved those and can come in and out of the pose safely have fun continuing with connecting the poses taught in the first two classes. This class ends with a demo of how you can use the folded leaf position to give your flyer a nice back massage. Feel free to be creative with your hands and communicate with your partner. Before you start following the class please be sure that you know how to spot and fall out safely. Once you feel confident and safe in the individual poses you can play with connecting them into flows (which we also give a couple of examples of) and creating your own playfulness. You can always adjust both the warm-up exercises and the acroyoga practice to your level, making it in less or more repetitions, and listening closely to your body and its range of motion.
