Lock & Co are the oldest hat makers in The World, and have been connected with the James Bond franchise from the very beginning, when they provided Sean Connery with his trilby in Dr No. To celebrate the 60th anniversary of 007 on film, they have produced a James Bond Collection in collaboration with EON Productions. I chat to Lock & Co’s Managing Director Ben Dalrymple and General Manager, Mike Hagon, about the choices they made for the collection. I also bend the ear of Meg Simmonds, Head of Archives at EON, about their longstanding relationship with Lock.
