Keto Bacon Mayo | How to make Bacon Mayonnaise for Keto or Carnivore at home!

Keto Bacon Mayo is so fast and easy to make! It's economical and you control what ingredients to use so you can make this completely Carnivore or Keto compliant. Ingredients: 2 egg yolks, 1/2 c bacon grease. Anything else is optional such as salt, pepper, mustard, ACV or lemon juice. One way to make it more spreadable when cold from the fridge is to sub out some of the bacon grease for MCT oil. Not 100% carnivore but makes it easier to use.
