O Que é Uma Startup?
What is a startup? And what about angel investors? Understand this new venture. It's not a business venture that can only happen on the internet or because of the internet. They're more common on the internet because it's cheaper to create a software company than one focused on biotechnology or agribusiness. Learn more in this video. Let's look at some definitions of a STARTUP. a - It can be a group of people working collectively on a different idea that may or may not make money. b - Or a start-up company or simply getting a company up and running. c - It can also be defined as a company with low maintenance costs and that can grow quickly. Now, one thing it's not: It's not a business venture that can only happen on the internet or because of the internet. They're more common on the internet because it's cheaper to create a software company than one focused on biotechnology or agribusiness. But these segments can have interesting startups with innovative patents, technology research, and the development of innovative and inclusive equipment. On the web, expansion is faster, easier, and cheaper. A startup is typically a group of people looking for a business model that can be replicated and scalable. This collective works under conditions of extreme uncertainty. In a startup, everything is being tested, and it's impossible to guarantee success. And since a business is uncertain, it requires investment. Someone needs to believe in its possibilities. Those who believe in these types of possibilities have capital to risk. And often, this collective doesn't have the means to invest in the venture. In a startup, the person who makes the financial investment is called an angel investor. They have the capital and must be convinced by the collective that the startup is a good, scalable business. The business model that people in the startup are looking for is how they will turn their work into money. This business model could be, for example, clicks on a page, a franchise, or even some innovative way to generate financial profits. The business model needs to be capable of delivering the product/service on a potentially unlimited scale without customization or adaptation. For example, selling movies on a pay-per-view basis instead of selling DVDs. Scalability is key for a startup. It must be able to grow without affecting its business model. Revenue growth, but with costs growing much more slowly. This increases profit margins. Accumulating profits generates ever-increasing wealth. When a company is scalable, it becomes a highly profitable company. And if that doesn't work, it will need to reinvent itself or die. #elaborandoprojetos #culturagerafuturo #culturaéfermento ************************************************** Subscribe to the channel and receive more information for your projects: ▶ Website: http://www.elaborandoprojetos.com.br/... ▶ Channel: / elaborandoprojetos ▶ Facebook: http://fb.com/ElaborandoProjetos ▶ Twitter: / elabprojetos ▶ Instagram: / elaborandoprojetos **************************************************
