Trainable Weka Segmentation - how to segment color images using 3 classes
Basic tutorial showing how to use the Trainable Weka Segmentation plugin of Fiji to segment color images into three different types of regions. The video has no sound, you need to have the captions enabled to follow the tutorial instructions. The example images are stained maize stem cross sections (Safranin and Alcian blue staining makes lignified tissues appear red, and nonlignified tissues appear blue).
