Course Abstract Fluid mechanics lies at the heart of how the natural and engineered world moves — from air flowing over aircraft wings to blood circulating through arteries. This course develops a fundamental understanding of fluid motion and the governing laws that describe it. Starting from the continuum description of fluids, it builds the kinematics and dynamics of flow through the principles of mass and momentum conservation.
