Dhar Bhojshala Case Verdict : भोजशाला में शंख बजेंगे, नमाज नहीं होगी | Indore High Court | MP News इंदौर हाईकोर्ट ने भोजशाला को वाग्देवी मंदिर और प्राचीन संस्कृत शाला करार दिया. भोजशाला मंदिर में हिन्दुओं को पूजा का अधिकार दे दिया. साथ ही ये भी कहा कि अपने लोकतान्त्रिक अधिकार के तहत मुस्लिम पक्ष को सरकार से मस्जिद के लिए जगह मांगने का हक है. सरकार मुस्लिम पक्ष की मांग पर विचार करेगी लेकिन अब से भोजशाला में नमाज नहीं होगी. The Indore High Court has declared the Bhojshala to be the Vagdevi Temple and an ancient Sanskrit school. It has granted Hindus the right to worship within the Bhojshala temple. Furthermore, the Court observed that, in exercise of their democratic rights, the Muslim side is entitled to request the government for a site to construct a mosque.
