POLICE CONFISCATED & DESTROYED my electric scooter! | Watch until the end!

The story behind this video: Within 5 minutes of leaving my house, I was pulled over by police. I was safely riding my scooter to work, on the road, not pavement, and my speed was not more than 15 mph. At that point, I didn’t think I had done anything worthy of being pulled over by the police, and was confused, and quickly became overwhelmed by the growing police presence. I only started recording what happened after witnessing the officer’s first futile attempt at folding my scooter.
